2018: Modification of the course between Verbier and La Tzoumaz

As the road going down from the Croix de Cœur towards la Tzoumaz was tarred, the organization committee decided to avoid it and chose another route. 

Therefore, after le Col de la Croix de Cœur (Col de la Croix Pass), the route is diverted on a single trail towards the cable cars of Savoleyres and the restaurant "Chez Simon" where it will merge with the forest road (quite bumpy) which goes down to La Tzoumaz. At the end of this road, the route goes back on the original course to get to Nendaz.

This modification has no influence on the length or the height difference of the race.
